honesty...!!! =)

If you search for tenderness
it isn't hard to find.
You can have the love you need to live.
But if you look for truthfulness
You might just as well be blind.
It always seems to be so hard to give.

Honesty is such a lonely word.
Everyone is so untrue.
Honesty is hardly ever heard.
And mostly what I need from you.

I can always find someone
to say they sympathize.
If I wear my heart out on my sleeve.
But I don't want some pretty face
to tell me pretty lies.
All I want is someone to believe.


I can find a lover.
I can find a friend.
I can have security until the bitter end.
Anyone can comfort me
with promises again.
I know, I know.

When I'm deep inside of me
don't be too concerned.
I won't as for nothin' while I'm gone.
But when I want sincerity
tell me where else can I turn.
Because you're the one I depend upon.

Well the classes was a little boring, I like more practice, more activities, and finish the unit 1 jajajjaja...!

Well I understood that we don't need anyone to be someone the  best example for this is ME. 
The song It's about a couple... well she said that she don't need him to growup to keep going front, because that relationship she suffered..was terrible... he broke her heart, and he thinks she never going to overtake... but she knows she can live without him and because she's more better than him because shes more than she thinks, she's strong, we can say what  what to do with our lives.

 1 egg cooked
 2 slices of bread or 4 crackers
 1 cup milk or yogurt or a cup of coffee or tea (sweetened
with brown sugar or sugar diet)
 1 piece of fruit (anything but: banana, pineapple, dragon fruit, mango,
avocado, coconut and grapes)
Mid-morning:
 1 fruit anything but: banana, pineapple, mango, coconut, avocado and grapes)
To eat:
 4 tablespoons of rice or two medium potatoes or 1 cup noodles or 1 / 2
banana
 1 cup of salad (any vegetables except sugar beet)
 120 grams of any protein can be: turkey, chicken, red meat,
Fish, etc.) instead of grain eaten meat once a week
should be eating 5 tablespoons of beans.
 A fruit of those permitted

Mid-afternoon:
 1 cupof coffee whit brown sugar or sweetened with sugar diet

Night:
 120 grams of protein (in case of eating beans 4 tablespoons)
 2 tablespoons rice or 1 medium potato or 1 / 2 cup pasta or 1 / 4 of
banana
 1 cup salad
 allowed fruit
 where to eat watermelon, papaya, etc.. of these can eat a
